Post : Watch Marcus King & Lettuce Perform ‘Love Is Too Strong’ At 4848 Festival

Over the weekend, fans flocked to Snowshoe Mountain in Snowshoe, West Virginia for the inaugural 4848 Festival. JamBase already covered the guest-heavy performances from headliners Umphrey’s McGee and Greensky Bluegrass. Now, fan-shot video has been surfaced of Marcus King‘s collaboration with Lettuce on Friday, July 12.

Ahead of Greensky Bluegrass’ headlining slot and Billy Strings‘ late-night performance, The Marcus King Band opened up the Village Stage for Lettuce. During Lettuce’s set, the young guitar prodigy joined the group for a take on “Love Is Too Strong,” an original collaboration that appears on Lettuce’s sixth studio album, Elevate.
