After the COVID-19, VMA was the most meaningful award ceremony to take place in the US. The whole award show was held in an audience-less venue with a socially distanced red carpet and green screen for enhanced backdrops.
With this award show, the red carpet fashion has also returned. Bella Hadid, the supermodel was on VMA to present Lady Gaga with the Tricon award. From her look it is evident that she was ready to set a new trend. She wore a sheer black outfit for the occasion.
The see-through shirt was paired with a set of loose-fit black trousers. The shirt with strategically designed paneling highlighted her gorgeous bosom. The beauty of the top was in the asymmetric paneling.
The dress was designed by young Albanian designer Nensi Dojaka, who is known for sheer experimental garments. Bella added strappy heel sandals to complete her look. The model accessorized her look with a pair of oversized gold hoop earrings and a gold chain bracelet. A bright glam makeup highlighted her sharp facial features.
For her hairdo, the spiked 90’s inspired style was more than perfect. The model was seen wearing this outfit on 28th August, so it can be assumed that the show was pre-recorded to regard the safety measures for the pandemic.
The model posted a couple of snaps in the outfit on her Instagram handle with more than 32 M followers and captioned them, “VMA’s (emoji) Presenting a very very special award !!!
This is going to be insane !!!! Styled by @mr_carlos_nazario hair @evaniefrausto makeup @erinparsonmakeup nails by @nailsbymei.” The model later posted some other images in which she was wearing the same sheer outfit and tagged the designer of the amazingly pretty garment, Nensi Dojaka.
