Debra Lynn Winger is an amazing American film actress. She has been won the film critics award, Tokyo International Film Festival award, and three times nominated for the Oscar Award. Well! Debra Winger was born on the 16th of May in the year 1955. She hails from Cleveland Heights in the United States of America. Debra was the daughter of an Orthodox Jewish couple named Ruth and Robert Winger. As a youth, Debra volunteered at the Israeli Kibbutz.
