Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European countries as well as American films. She is best known for his role in the comedy-drama film ‘La Dolce Vita.’ The film won an Oscar and Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival in 1960 and was also a commercial and critical success.
Anita Ekberg married Anthony Steel from 1956 until their divorce in 1959. In 1963, he married for the second time, Rik Van Nutter. His second marriage also ended in divorce in 1975. Born in Skåne, Sweden, she worked as a model before her acting career. Eventually, Miss Sweden contest won.
